</p></abstract><kwd-group><kwd>反钙钛矿结构，磁转变，压力, Antiperovskite Structure</kwd><kwd> Magnetic Transition</kwd><kwd> High Pressure</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body><sec id="s1"><title>Mn<sub>3</sub>Cu<sub>0.5</sub>Zn<sub>0.5</sub>N压力下的磁转变研究<sup> </sup></title><p>胡靖宇<sup>*</sup>，李建功，陈洪涛</p><p>黄淮学院，机械与能源工程学院，河南 驻马店</p><disp-formula id="hanspub.32880-formula16"><graphic xlink:href="//html.hanspub.org/file/2-1270490x5_hanspub.png"  xlink:type="simple"/></disp-formula><p>收稿日期：2019年10月17日；录用日期：2019年11月1日；发布日期：2019年11月8日</p><disp-formula id="hanspub.32880-formula17"><graphic xlink:href="//html.hanspub.org/file/2-1270490x6_hanspub.png"  xlink:type="simple"/></disp-formula></sec><sec id="s2"><title>摘 要</title><p>我们通过固态反应法制备了多晶Mn<sub>3</sub>Cu<sub>0.5</sub>Zn<sub>0.5</sub>N样品。交流磁化率测量表明其在158 K附近发生了磁转变。通过活塞圆筒式大体积压机施加压力，我们测量了最高2.4 GPa下的交流磁化率和电阻随温度的变化情况。研究发现随着压力的增大，磁转变温度持续增加，压力有助于稳定Mn<sub>3</sub>Cu<sub>0.5</sub>Zn<sub>0.5</sub>N样品的磁有序态。</p><p>关键词 :反钙钛矿结构，磁转变，压力</p><disp-formula id="hanspub.32880-formula18"><graphic xlink:href="//html.hanspub.org/file/2-1270490x7_hanspub.png"  xlink:type="simple"/></disp-formula><p>Copyright &#169; 2019 by author(s) and Hans Publishers Inc.</p><p>This work is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution International License (CC BY).</p><p>http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/</p><p><img src="//html.hanspub.org/file/2-1270490x8_hanspub.png" /> <img src="//html.hanspub.org/file/2-1270490x9_hanspub.png" /></p></sec><sec id="s3"><title>1. 引言</title><p>反钙钛矿结构锰化物是指一类分子式可以写为Mn<sub>3</sub>AN的化合物。其中A = Zn，Ga，Ge，Sn，Cu等。Mn<sub>3</sub>AN为简单立方结构，空间群是Pm3m。与钙钛矿ABO<sub>3</sub>结构相反 [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.32880-ref1">1</xref>]，此类化合物中Mn原子位于立方体的面心位置，非金属元素N居于体心位置，因此被称为反钙钛矿结构，又称金属钙钛矿结构。由于反钙钛矿结构锰化物中具有磁性原子Mn，而且六个面心位置的Mn原子形成了独特的NMn<sub>6</sub>八面体，因而这类化合物可以表现出许多磁性的变化。</p><p>Mn<sub>3</sub>CuN和Mn<sub>3</sub>ZnN都属于反钙钛矿型金属锰化物。它们表现出了许多奇特的物性。研究人员发现Mn<sub>3</sub>CuN具有近零电阻温度系数效应 [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.32880-ref2">2</xref>] 和磁致伸缩效应 [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.32880-ref3">3</xref>]。Mn<sub>3</sub>CuN在高温时为顺磁态，低温时转变为铁磁态，转变温度在143 K附近，在居里温度以上时电阻几乎不随温度而变化。Mn<sub>3</sub>ZnN则被发现了负热膨胀效应 [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.32880-ref4">4</xref>] [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.32880-ref5">5</xref>]，其晶格参数在降温过程中有突然膨胀的现象。如果以△a/a来表征膨胀量的话，相比于Mn<sub>3</sub>GaN的0.38%和Mn<sub>3</sub>Cu<sub>0.85</sub>Ge<sub>0.15</sub>N的0.33% [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.32880-ref6">6</xref>]，Mn<sub>3</sub>ZnN的负热膨胀率甚至可以达到0.51%，并且有时还会导致微裂纹的产生。Qu等人 [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.32880-ref7">7</xref>] 通过第一性原理计算的方法研究了Mn<sub>3</sub>ZnN中的负热膨胀现象，认为Mn<sub>3</sub>ZnN低温时的Γ<sup>5g</sup>磁结构是造成负热膨胀的根本原因，并探讨了磁转变温度附近晶格突变的驱动力。</p><p>压力可以压缩物质，缩小原子之间的间距，使相邻电子的轨道重叠增加，改变其物理、化学性质。我们采用固态反应法制备了多晶Mn<sub>3</sub>Cu<sub>0.5</sub>Zn<sub>0.5</sub>N样品，并研究了其在压力下的磁转变和电输运性质，希望能对反钙钛矿结构锰化物奇特物性背后的物理机理的研究提供参考。</p></sec><sec id="s4"><title>2. 实验方法</title><p>多晶Mn<sub>3</sub>Cu<sub>0.5</sub> Zn<sub>0.5</sub>N样品以Mn<sub>2</sub>N、Zn粉和Cu粉为原料，采用固态反应法烧结而成 [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.32880-ref8">8</xref>] [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.32880-ref9">9</xref>] [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.32880-ref10">10</xref>]。样品结构由Rigaku D/MAX-UltimaIV型XRD衍射仪确定(CuKα, λ = 0.15405 nm)。我们采用电磁感应方法进行磁测量。首先绕制两组密排线圈：激励线圈和次级感应线圈。次级感应线圈是由两组匝数相同、反向缠绕的线圈构成(同一根线绕成)。然后在次级感应线圈之上覆盖数层激励线圈，激励线圈为同向缠绕。样品放在次级感应线圈的一侧空腔中。激励线圈由锁相放大器提供交变信号，产生交变磁场。在交变磁场作用下，当放置的样品从顺磁态转为磁有序态时，将引起次级线圈中的感生电流的变化，这个变化能由锁相放大器测出。最终由计算机和软件记录测量数据。我们将绕制的线圈与easyLab的Pcell 30型活塞–圆筒式大体积压机结合起来，即可得到高压下原位测量的交流磁化率数据。电阻的测量采用四引线法，压力同样由活塞-圆筒式大体积压机提供，最大压力可达2.4 GPa。</p></sec><sec id="s5"><title>3. 结果与讨论</title><p>图1给出了Mn<sub>3</sub>Cu<sub>0.5</sub> Zn<sub>0.5</sub>N样品的室温XRD衍射图谱。从图中可以看出，与M<sub>3</sub>CuN类似，样品呈现典型的反钙钛矿结构 [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.32880-ref11">11</xref>]。相应的衍射峰可以用反钙钛矿立方结构(空间群Pm3m)进行标定。除了原材料自身所带的微量MnO的衍射峰外(在图中以&#183;进行标注)，找不到其他任何相的存在。</p><p>图1. Mn<sub>3</sub>Cu<sub>0.5</sub>Zn<sub>0.5</sub>N在不同压力下的交流磁化率，插图为140 K~180 K区间的局部放大图</p><p>图2给出了不同压力下，Mn<sub>3</sub>Cu<sub>0.5</sub> Zn<sub>0.5</sub>N样品的交流磁化率变化情况。可以看出，常压下Mn<sub>3</sub>Cu<sub>0.5</sub>Zn<sub>0.5</sub>N在158 K附近发生了磁转变(转变温度由转变点附近两条曲线的切线交点确定)。这个转变温度正好介于Mn<sub>3</sub>CuN的T<sub>C</sub>和Mn<sub>3</sub>ZnN的T<sub>N</sub>之间。根据磁化率曲线和之前的报道 [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.32880-ref12">12</xref>] [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.32880-ref13">13</xref>] [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.32880-ref14">14</xref>]，我们认为这个转变是类似于Mn<sub>3</sub>CuN的高温顺磁态向低温铁磁态的转变。随着压力的增加，转变点温度逐渐向高温方向移动。1.5 GPa以上曲线形状的变化可能是由于压力导致的信号衰减所致。</p><p>图3给出了转变点温度T<sub>C</sub>随压力的变化情况。随着压力的增加，Mn<sub>3</sub>Zn<sub>0.5</sub>Cu<sub>0.5</sub>N的转变温度T<sub>C</sub>逐渐向高温方向移动，近似呈线性增加，速率为7.1 K/GPa。这说明铁磁态的温度区间随压力的增加而增大，也即是压力有助于稳定铁磁态。</p><p>图3. Mn<sub>3</sub>Cu<sub>0.5</sub>Zn<sub>0.5</sub>N的磁转变点温度T<sub>C</sub>随压力的变化</p><p>我们测量了Mn<sub>3</sub>Cu<sub>0.5</sub>Zn<sub>0.5</sub>N在不同压力下的电输运曲线，如图4所示。可以看出，Mn<sub>3</sub>Cu<sub>0.5</sub>Zn<sub> 0.5</sub>N的电阻随着温度的下降而下降。与Mn<sub>3</sub>ZnN不同，在所有曲线上，磁转变温度附近Mn<sub>3</sub>Zn<sub>0.5</sub>Cu<sub>0.5</sub>N的电阻都没有发生明显的变化，不同压力下各曲线的形状也基本相同。只是随着压力的增加，Mn<sub>3</sub>Zn<sub>0.5</sub>Cu<sub>0.5</sub>N的电阻整体下降了。但我们已经从不同压力下交流磁化率的测量中发现Mn<sub>3</sub>Zn<sub>0.5</sub>Cu<sub>0.5</sub>N在158 K附近确实发生了磁有序的转变，这种现象主要是由不同参数反映同一物性时的差异造成的。</p><p>图4.
