   According to the various classes of crystal structure of iron-based superconductors, the influence of structure on superconductivity is mainly discussed by doping or under pressure. </p></abstract><kwd-group><kwd>铁基超导体；结构；超导电性；掺杂；加压, Iron-Based Superconductor; Structure; Superconductivity; Doping; Pressure</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body><sec id="s1"><title>1. 引言</title><p>自1911年荷兰物理学家昂纳斯发现超导电性以来，科学家们一直都在寻找拥有更高临界温度的超导材料。由一开始的金属系物质转到了后来的铜氧化物，但是高温超导机理问题仍然没有完全解决，许多实验结果存在争议，物理学界对高温超导机制仍未形成一致的看法。研究人员希望在铜氧化物超导材料以外找到新的高温超导材料，希望从新的途径来破解高温超导机理。2008年初，日本东京工业大学Hosono教授带领的研究小组报道在铁基层状化合物LaFeAsO中通过F掺杂发现了高达26 K的超导电性。这一突破性进展迅速引起了凝聚态物理学界的广泛关注<sup>[<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.7179-ref1">1</xref>]</sup>，基于此体系材料的超导转变温度也在短短几个月中被迅速地提高到55 K。铁基超导体是继铜氧化合物高温超导体之后被发现的一类新型高温超导材料，它的出现为高温超导电性的研究开辟了一个全新的研究方向，是目前物理学的一个研究热点。本文主要介绍了化学掺杂效应和加压时铁基超导体结构对超导转变温度的影响。</p></sec><sec id="s2"><title>2. 几种典型铁基超导体的结构</title><sec id="s2_1"><title>2.1.“1111”体系</title><p>“1111”体系是研究最广最深的一个体系。包括LnOFePn (Ln = La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Y, Pn = P, As)，空间群为P4/nmm。LaOFeAs具有四方的层状结构，在c方向上以-(LnO)<sub>2</sub>-(MP)<sub>2</sub>-(LnO)<sub>2</sub>-形式交替堆砌，一个单胞中有两个分子LnOMP。</p></sec><sec id="s2_2"><title>2.2. “122”体系</title><p>“122”体系包括AFe<sub>2</sub>As<sub>2</sub>(A = Ba, Sr, K, Cs, Ca, Eu)等。具有ThCr<sub>2</sub>Si<sub>2</sub>型晶体结构，该体系由A离子层与反萤石层(FeAs)沿晶体学C轴交替堆砌而成，在室温下具有空间群14/mmm。</p></sec><sec id="s2_3"><title>2.3. “111”体系</title><p>“111”体系包括AFeAs (A = Li, Na)等，其空间群为P4/nmm，LiFeAs可能是无需经过化学掺杂而直接显示超导电性的极少例子之一，不显示反铁磁自旋密度波转变,这可能与其很小的晶胞参数有关(即自身产生的化学压力引发超导电性)。</p></sec><sec id="s2_4"><title>2.4. “11”体系</title><p>“11”体系是四大体系中结构最为简单的一个体系。由于所含硫族元素毒性相对较低，因此也是四大体系中毒性最低的一个体系。</p><p>如图1所示，铁基超导体主要有以上四种基本结构<sup>[<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.7179-ref2">2</xref>]</sup>。还有32522类(如Sr<sub>3</sub>Sc<sub>2</sub>O<sub>5</sub>Fe<sub>2</sub>As<sub>2</sub>)和42622类(如Sr<sub>4</sub>V<sub>2</sub>O<sub>6</sub>Fe<sub>2</sub>As<sub>2</sub>)等。</p><p>值得一提的是：近年我国科学家又发现了基于FeSe的铁硒122新超导体K<sub>0.8</sub>Fe<sub>2–y</sub>Se<sub>2</sub>，其超导T<sub>c</sub>达到30 K<sup>[<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.7179-ref2">2</xref>]</sup>。</p><p>图1. 铁基超体的基本结构<sup>[<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.7179-ref2">2</xref>]</sup></p></sec></sec><sec id="s3"><title>3. 铁基超导体的掺杂效应及其对超导电性的影响</title><p>化学掺杂是实现非常规超导电性的新范式。对于新的铁基高温超导体，实现超导电性的方法更加多样化：既可以通过FeAs层外掺杂，又能够在FeAs层内甚至Fe位掺杂；不但可以通过引入额外的载流子(包括空穴和电子)，而且可以仅仅引入化学压力；少数情况下，似乎“母体”本身也能显示超导电性。</p><p>下面将按照FeAs层内和FeAs层外掺杂，介绍了铁基超导材料的化学掺杂效应及其对超导转变温度的影响。</p><sec id="s3_1"><title>3.1. FeAs层外掺杂</title><sec id="s3_1_1"><title>3.1.1. “1111”体系</title><p>纯粹的LaOFeAs即便被冷却至极低温度时也不会出现超导现象，但是当将该物质中3%以上的氧离子替换为氟离子后，超导现象随即出现(见图2)。从电价平衡上看，氧离子被F离子取代将使Fe的表观价态下降，意味着在FeAs层引入额外的电子载流子。SmFeAsO<sub>1–x</sub>F<sub>x</sub>和CeFeAsO<sub>1–x</sub>F<sub>x</sub>具有高于40 K的超导电性，超过了T<sub>c</sub>的麦克米兰极限(39 K)<sup>[<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.7179-ref3">3</xref>]</sup>。在LaFeAsO中用+2价的Sr离子部分取代+3价的La离子La<sub>1–x</sub>Sr<sub>x</sub>FeAsO中发现了25 K的超导电性<sup>[<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.7179-ref4">4</xref>]</sup>。沿着这个思路，Nd<sub>1–x</sub>Sr<sub>x</sub>FeAsO和Pr<sub>1–x</sub>Sr<sub>x</sub>FeAsO等空穴型铁基超导体也逐渐被发现。人们也逐渐认识到FeAs层对于铁基高温超导电性的重要性，它可以类比于铜氧化物中的导电层CuO面。</p><p>图2. LaOFeAs氧位掺氟的电阻率–温度曲线<sup>[<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.7179-ref1">1</xref>]</sup></p></sec><sec id="s3_1_2"><title>3.1.2. “122”体系、“111”体系化学掺杂效应</title><p>母体材料BaFe<sub>2</sub>As<sub>2</sub>由德国的M. Rotter<sup>[<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.7179-ref5">5</xref>]</sup>等人合成。很快他们发现用K<sup>+</sup>替代Ba<sup>2+</sup>离子，发现(Ba<sub>0.6</sub>K<sub>0.4</sub>) Fe<sub>2</sub>As<sub>2</sub>中存在38 K的超导电性，美国休斯敦大学朱经武小组也报道了37 K的A<sub>1</sub><sub>–x</sub>Sr<sub>x</sub>Fe<sub>2 </sub>As<sub>2</sub>(A = K, Cs)超导体，随后类似的母体材料CaFe<sub>2</sub> As<sub>2</sub>和EuFe<sub>2 </sub>As<sub>2</sub>也被发现。值得注意的是，此系统中对A位用+3价的稀土离子进行部分掺杂引入电子则无法产生超导电性。</p><p>“111”体系目前有两个成员，LiFeAs和NaFeAs。LiFeAs是少数的未经掺杂即具有超导电性的代表。一种可能是由于它的晶胞参数很小，其晶格自身所产生的化学压力破坏“原先的”SDW序，从而呈现超导电性；另一种可能性是晶格自身产生Li缺位而导致超导。研究表明NaFeAs在52 K和41 K分别发生结构和磁相变。</p></sec></sec><sec id="s3_2"><title>3.2. FeAs层内掺杂</title><sec id="s3_2_1"><title>3.2.1. 1111体系</title><p>3.2.1.1. Fe位掺杂</p><p>2008年7月初，美国能源部橡树岭国家实验室Mandrus和纽约州立大学石溪分校Stephens等人报道合成了LaFe<sub>1−x</sub>Co<sub>x</sub>AsO(x = 0，0.05，0.11，0.15，0.2，0.5，1)系列样品<sup>[<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.7179-ref6">6</xref>]</sup>。他们发现，Co掺杂可以有效诱导LaFe<sub>1−x</sub>Co<sub>x</sub>AsO产生超导电性，其中当x = 0.11时，T<sub>c</sub> onset = 14.3 K。几乎同时，浙江大学许祝安小组也对LaFe<sub>1−x</sub>Co<sub>x</sub>AsO进行了研究，测量到的最高临界温度为13 K (x = 0.075)<sup>[<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.7179-ref7">7</xref>]</sup>。</p><p>我国科学家在国际上首先进行了Ni掺杂研究。如图3所示，当x = 0.4时，LaFe<sub>1–x</sub>Ni<sub>x</sub>AsO多晶T<sub>c</sub>问题onset约为6.5 K；当x = 0.5时，LaFe<sub>1−x</sub>Ni<sub>x</sub>AsO在3 K以上都未发生超导转变。此外，他们还发现当x = 0.3或0.4时，在超导转变温度以上，随着温度的降低，电阻率呈对数增长，这表明Ni掺杂导致LaFe<sub>1</sub><sub>–x</sub>Ni<sub>x</sub>AsO产生了类近藤行为(Kondo-like behavior)<sup>[<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.7179-ref8">8</xref>]</sup>。</p><p>3.2.1.2. As位掺杂</p><p>对LaFeAsO中As位掺杂的实验结果表明，10%的As被P取代时样品中的SDW序即会被明显压制。当掺杂比例达到25%~30%时，体系呈现转变温度约10 K的超导电性。随着掺杂比例的进一步增加，超导开始消失，同时样品正常态电阻率的温度系数逐渐增</p><p>图3. LaFe<sub>1−x</sub>Ni<sub>x</sub>AsO系列样品的电阻率–温度关系和电子相图<sup>[<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.7179-ref8">8</xref>]</sup></p><p>加。As被P取代可以看成是引入“化学压力”<sup>[<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.7179-ref9">9</xref>]</sup>。当部分As被P替代后，材料的晶体结构发生了微妙的变化：一方面La<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>层被拉伸而变厚，另一方面Fe<sub>2</sub>As<sub>2</sub>层却变薄了。</p></sec><sec id="s3_2_2"><title>3.2.2. “122”体系及其它体系</title><p>3.2.2.1. Fe位掺杂</p><p>和“1111”体系相比，“122”体系中的Co掺杂导致的超导电性有如下特点：</p><p>首先，其T<sub>c</sub>普遍较高。“1111”体系中Fe<sub>2</sub>As<sub>2</sub>层外掺杂可以引发55 K的超导转变温度，而Fe<sub>2</sub>As<sub>2</sub>层内的Co掺杂引发的超导T<sub>c</sub>只有15 K。相比之下，“122”体系中尽管钾掺杂的<sub>Tc</sub>只有38 K，但Co掺杂超导体的T<sub>c</sub>可达25 K<sup>[<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.7179-ref10">10</xref>]</sup>。</p><p>其次，从掺杂相图上看，和“1111”相比，“122”体系中破坏SDW序所需要的Co掺杂水平更高，另外超导的窗口向高掺杂区域延伸的范围更大。这些特点表明，“122”体系的超导电性对Fe<sub>2</sub>As<sub>2</sub>面内的杂质浓度比“1111”体系更加不敏感。</p><p>除BaFe<sub>2</sub>As<sub>2</sub>以外，研究人员还研究了EuFe<sub>2–x</sub>Ni<sub>x</sub>As<sub>2</sub>系列样品的Ni掺杂效应<sup>[<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.7179-ref11">11</xref>]</sup>。随Ni含量的增加，样品的室温电阻率逐渐降低，这和BaFe<sub>2–x</sub>Ni<sub>x</sub>As<sub>2</sub>样品测量结果类似(见图4)。</p><p>除了Co和Ni以外，其他3d过渡金属元素(Cr、Mn、Cu)的Fe位掺杂尽管也能压制SDW异常，但都不能引入超导。这一点和“1111”结构的实验结果类似。</p><p>“111”体系的掺杂研究相对较少。研究人员报道了NaFeAs中的Fe位进行Co和Ni掺杂的实验结果。大于1%的Co掺杂即可压制系统的SDW转变，当Co掺杂浓度达到x = 0.025时，体系出现最高超导T<sub>c</sub> = 21 K，随后转变温度随杂质浓度的增加而下降，当掺杂浓度达到10%时超导消失<sup>[<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.7179-ref12">12</xref>]</sup>。</p><p>3.2.2.2. As位掺杂</p><p>吴茂昆小组对FeSe<sub>1−x</sub>Te<sub>x</sub>的系统进行了研究，分析了Te替代效应对FeSe的超导电性的影响。他们发现，随着Te掺杂量的增加，FeSe<sub>1−x</sub>Te<sub>x</sub>的T<sub>c</sub> onset逐渐提高，当x = 0.5时，T<sub>c</sub> onset达到最高值15.2 K<sup>[<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.7179-ref13">13</xref>]</sup>。研究表明，T<sub>c</sub> onset的提高与Te替代效应造成的结构变形有着密切的联系，超导电性的出现也与Fe平面的磁对称密切相关。</p><p>关于铁基超导体的掺杂效应文献[<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.7179-ref14">14</xref>]有非常全面的阐述，可参考。</p><p>通过以上对铁基超导体几种基本类型FeAs层内掺杂和层外掺杂的对比分析，我们发现：一般而言，FeAs层内掺杂对下面几个微结构信息(Fe<sub>2</sub>As<sub>2</sub>面中的FeAs<sub>4</sub>四面体；氮族元素(As或P)离子高度；最近邻Fe-Fe键长等)影响明显，进而对T<sub>c</sub>的影响较大；FeAs</p><p>图4. EuFe<sub>2-x</sub>Ni<sub>x</sub>As<sub>2</sub>样品的电阻率<sup>[<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.7179-ref11">11</xref>]</sup></p><p>层外掺杂对微结构和T<sub>c</sub>的影响相对来说影响要小一些。</p></sec></sec></sec><sec id="s4"><title>4. 加压对超导电性的影响</title><sec id="s4_1"><title>4.1. “1111”体系的压力效应</title><p>中国科学院物理研究所的赵忠贤研究小组就对电子掺杂的LaO<sub>1–x</sub>F<sub>x</sub>FeAs(x = 0.11)样品进行了压力效应的测量，发现T<sub>c</sub>随着压力以1.2 K/GPa的速率增长。之后不久，Takahashi等人也对LaO<sub>1–x</sub>F<sub>x</sub>FeAs体系进行了施加压力的实验，如图5所示，对于LaO<sub>1–x</sub>F<sub>x</sub>FeAs(x = 0.11)的样品来说，当压力增加到3 GPa时，超导转变温度T<sub>c</sub>以+8 K/GPa的速率从28 K很快增加到43 K，之后随着压力的继续增加，T<sub>c</sub>又会逐渐减小。当压力增加到30 GPa时，T<sub>c</sub>以–1.4 K/GPa的速率从43 K减少到9 K<sup>[<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.7179-ref15">15</xref>]</sup>。</p><p>对x = 0.12的CeO<sub>1–x</sub>F<sub>x</sub>FeAs体系，当施加压力时超导温度会随着压力的增加一直减小<sup>[<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.7179-ref16">16</xref>]</sup>，这和O<sub>1–x</sub>F<sub>x</sub>FeAs体系有些差异，说明在R1111体系中，R的变化也会引起压力效应的变化，说明R在它们的T<sub>c</sub>对压力的响应中也发挥一定的作用。</p></sec><sec id="s4_2"><title>4.2. 铁基超导体“122”体系的压力效应</title><p>SrFe<sub>2</sub>As<sub>2</sub>母体在常压下本是表现出半金属行为，然后在200 K左右有一个SDW结构相交。在施加压力之后，这个SDW结构相交会被压制到较低的温度，随着压力的增加，在3.77 GPa之后，最终会被完全压制。同时，当SDW结构相变会被压制到一定程度时，</p><p>图5. LaO<sub>1-x</sub>F<sub>x</sub>FeAs体系在x = 0.11的压力效应示意图<sup>[<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.7179-ref15">15</xref>]</sup></p><p>在大约3.6 GPa的压力下，体系开始出现超导，并且随着压力的继续增加，超导温度会逐渐增大，在达到最大值34.1 K之后，再继续增大压力，在压力达到4.3 GPa之前，超导温度并没有很大的变化<sup>[<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.7179-ref17">17</xref>]</sup>。</p><p>Eu Fe<sub>2</sub>As<sub>2</sub>在压力作用下SDW和超导的行为和SrFe<sub>2</sub>As<sub>2</sub>比较类似。</p></sec><sec id="s4_3"><title>4.3. “111”和“11”体系的压力效应</title><p>中科院物理所靳常青研究组在“111”NaFeAs中加压得到了31 K的“111”系统最高的超导转变。在“111”NaFeAs中观察到超导转变随压力先上升再下降的现象，而对同结构的LiFeAs，加压导致T<sub>c</sub>单调下降。随后他们得到了“111”NaFeAs的晶体结构随压力的演化规律。发现随着压力上升，“111”NaFeAs出现压力诱导的等结构相变，从一个常压四方相过渡到“坍缩”高压四方相<sup>[<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.7179-ref18">18</xref>]</sup>。进一步通过对衍射谱的结构精修，得到了“111”NaFeAs特征晶体结构参量As~Fe~As键角和As到Fe面距离随压力的演化规律，发现这些结构参量的突变和压力诱导的等结构相变及超导转变温度的变化密切相关。最高超导转变温度对应常压和高压四方相的转变点以及最佳As~Fe~As键角和As到Fe面距离(见图6)。</p><p>FeSe是铁基超导体中结构最简单的化合物，它的超导主要是由Se缺位引起的，也有的文献中说它的超导是由多余的Fe离子导致的。日本国立材料科学研究所Takano领导的研究小组用固相反应法制备出FeSe多晶块体样品。他们发现，FeSe<sub>1−x</sub> (x = 0.08)的T<sub>c</sub> onset在常压下为13.5 K，T<sub>c</sub> zero为7.5 K。更重要的是，他们发现临界温度对于外加压力非常敏感：当外加1.48 GPa压力时，T<sub>c</sub> onset会以9.1 K/GPa的速</p><p>图6. “111”NaFeAs的超导转变温度和结构随压力的演化<sup>[<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.7179-ref18">18</xref>]</sup></p><p>率快速上升到27 K，T<sub>c</sub> zero也上升到13.5 K。在1.48 GPa外加压力下，其上临界磁场高达72 T<sup>[<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.7179-ref19">19</xref>]</sup>。</p><p>特别值得一提的是：最近中科院物理所赵忠贤院士课题组与美国卡内基研究院地球物理实验室合作，利用自行研制的高压–低温–磁场联合测试系统对这类新型铁基硫族化合物超导体进行了系统的高压下原位电阻，交流磁化率研究。发现这类超导体的超导转变温度在压力小于10G Pa (1 GPa ＝ 1万大气压)时随着压力的升高而逐渐降低，直至消失；而当压力高于10 GPa，系统出乎意料地进入了一个新的超导态。这个由压力诱发的第二个超导相的超导转变温度高达48 K，远远高于常压及低压下的第一个超导相的转变温度，是已有报导的铁基硫族化合物超导体家族中超导转变温度最高的(见图7)<sup>[<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.7179-ref20">20</xref>]</sup>。</p><p>可见，压力是一种“干净”和有效的调控方法。其独特之处在于不用改变研究系统的化学构成就能实现对系统的电子结构和晶体结构及其相关合作现象的有效调控，从而揭示其内在的物理机制。比如，利用压力手段可改变电子密度、电子轨道的杂化等，由此导致许多重要物理现象，如金属–绝缘体相变、超导相的出现等。</p></sec></sec><sec id="s5"><title>5．结论</title><p>揭示高温超导机理和寻找转变温度较高的超导材料是超导研究的两大主题。为获得更高T<sub>c</sub>的铁基超导材料，化学掺杂和物理加压是两类最基本手段，实际上化学掺杂的实质也是在晶体内部产生压力，通过改变晶体的微结构进而改变超导转变温度T<sub>c</sub>。</p><p>图7. 新型铁基硫族两个超导相的超导转变温度与压力的依赖关系<sup>[<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.7179-ref20">20</xref>]</sup></p><p>化学掺杂和物理加压导致的微结构对超导电性的影响概括如下：1) Fe<sub>2</sub>As<sub>2</sub>面中的FeAs<sub>4</sub>四面体畸变程度减小时(Fe四方格子中As-Fe-As对角线越接近109.47˚)，T<sub>c</sub>倾向于最优化；2) 氮族元素(As或P)离子高度和超导电性关联，最佳转变温度对应的离子高度是1.38 &#192;；3) 最近邻Fe-Fe键长减少，T<sub>c</sub>趋于增大。</p><p>这些影响超导转变温度的微结构信息是铁基超导研究中的重要现象，无论在理论上还是实践中意义重大。理论研究时，我们可以基于此种晶体微结构所对应的相关现象(如电子结构和磁结构等)的研究，进一步揭示其超导机理；实践上，我们制备样品时，可以有目的地选择易于构成此种微结构的元素，利于寻找转变温度较高的超导材料。</p></sec><sec id="s6"><title>6．致谢</title><p>感谢浙江省自然科学基金(No: Y6090564)和浙江省大学生新苗人才项目(No: 2011R409013)的资助！</p></sec><sec id="s7"><title>参考文献 (References)</title><p>[<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.7179-ref1">1</xref>]&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; Y.
