          目前南太平洋工程市场上，中国规范与主流澳大利亚规范中诸多细节不同，且澳大利亚标准体系与中国标准体系存在大量思路上的不同，分散在各不同的规范文本中。首先梳理了中国规范与澳大利亚规范中关于道路设计中平面设计内容的对比，包括平曲线要素设计以及平曲线组合设计：直线设计类似；关于圆曲线设计的原理相同但各参数及最小圆曲线设计半径不同；缓和曲线的线形不同但曲线性质相同，故设计计算公式也相同。然后，针对中澳规范中平纵组合设计也进行了比较分析。最后，建议中国公司在澳洲南太平洋地区开展实施相关公路工程项目，应该根据具体的情况采用合适的技术规范，特别应注重相较于中国规范的差异性。
          Currently, in the South Pacific engineering market, there are numerous detailed discrepancies between Chinese specifications and mainstream Australian ones. Moreover, the Australian stan-dards system and the Chinese one display significant differences in their approaches, scattered across various standards documents. This paper presents a comprehensive comparison of the plane design between Chinese and Australian specifications, including the plane curve element design and the plane curve combination design. The results indicated that the design of straight lines is largely the same; the design of circular curves is based on the same principles but the pa-rameters and the minimum radius of the design of circular curves are different; the transition curves are different but the nature of the curves is the same, therefore, both specifications have the same the design calculation formulates. Then, a comparative analysis is also carried out for the plain and longitudinal combination design of the Chinese and Australian specifications. Lastly, a suggestion was proposed that Chinese companies carrying out and implementing relevant road engineering projects in the South Pacific region of Australia should adopt appropriate technical specifications according to specific circumstances, paying special attention to the differences compared with Chinese standards.

      <title>ABSTRACT</title>
      <p>Currently, in the South Pacific engineering market, there are numerous detailed discrepancies between Chinese specifications and mainstream Australian ones.       <title>1. 引言</title>
      <p>
        在国家“走出去”战略和“一带一路”倡议的持续推动的大背景下，中国基建企业开始在南太平洋以澳大利亚规范作为标准的区域承接道路建设项目。项目管理人员熟悉中国道路规范，而不熟悉澳大利亚规范，故形成一套体系化、标准化的中国与澳大利亚规范道路设计标准对比是迫切的、需要的，以便用于指导实际道路设计。澳大利亚及新西兰两国在美国等国的公路技术标准的基础上发行了公路设计规范(GUIDE TO ROAD DESIGN, Austroads) [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.76365-ref1">1</xref>] [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.76365-ref2">2</xref>] ，其第三部分(Geometric Design)作为澳大利亚及周边国家的公路平面线形设计的技术标准，其几何线形的灵活性设计与中国规范类似，但设计参数取值的规定较中国的规范更加精细。

      <p>
        鉴于此，本文旨在通过对比中国与澳大利亚中关于平面线形设计的内容，且以中国规范设计思路为澳大利亚道路设计平面线形设计提供详细说明。具体对比为以下四个方面内容 [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.76365-ref3">3</xref>] ：1) 道路直线设计。对比包括直线最大长度以及直线最小长度设计。2) 道路圆曲线设计。对比包括圆曲线方程确定、侧摩擦系数以及圆曲线半径设计。3) 道路缓和曲线设计。对比包括缓和曲线设计图示、缓和曲线计算公式以及缓和曲线长度设计。4) 道路平面线形组合设计。通过各平面线形设计要素参数的对比，使中国规范更加完善，使在澳公路建设工程更符合当地建设标准。

      <title>2. 直线设计</title>
      <p>
        直线作为平面曲线要素之一，在道路线形设计中广泛采用 [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.76365-ref3">3</xref>] [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="hanspub.76365-ref4">4</xref>] 。地势平坦、无较大地形障碍时，定线人员应首先选择直线。过长的直线会使驾驶员感到单调，难以目测距离，甚至激发超速驾驶导致交通事故；曲线的短直线容易造成实现不连续、驾驶员操作困难。故直线的长度设计应遵循工程应用的实际情况。表1列举了中国规范与澳大利亚规范直线规范对比为中国规范与澳大利亚规范中关于直线规定的对比。
