The Qavoical International Affairs Committee (QIAC) is a Qavloical Governmental Entity responsible for all duties and responsibilities assigned to the Committee by the Qavloical Council* including but not limited to foreign relations, consular services, and issuing travel & identification documents (incl. Tahir Buruj laissez-passers).

The Qavloical International Affairs Committee (QIAC) has acceded to the Hague Convention for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict (1954), the International Cocoa Agreement (2010), the International Coffee Agreement (2007), the Convention on the International Maritime Satellite Organization (1976), the International Sugar Agreement (1992) and the United Nations Convention on International Settlement Agreements Resulting from Mediation (2019). The Legal Affairs and External Relations Division of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) confirmed receipt of the Instrument, from the President of the Qavloical Authority, of Accession to the Convention on the International Maritime Satellite Organization (1976).

Through the Qavloical Committee on Management Consultancy (QCMC), the Qavloical International Affairs Committee (QIAC) also provides various services in the ‘management consultancy’ industry to entities governing terra firma, maritime regions and aerosphere as well as body corporates, civil society organizations and other types of entities.
